I, was warmly welcomed and Dusty (an amazingly excellent service tech who has always given my wife and me the best service and attention possible) registered my vehicle and invited me to the cafe to relax and have some breakfast while I waited. In less than the time I expected, the service was completed and my car was washed and ready for me. This was as good an experience as anyone could possibly expect from a service ddepartment and a "personal service tech". We have purchased 4 Acuras from Jay Wolfe and have been totally satisfied with the performance of the vehicles and the excellent service that has been provided to us. Thank you, Dusty!! More

Purchased a Pre-Owned Vehicle We had a appointment and knew which vehicle we were interested in. We verified that it was available before making the hour drive to look the vehicle over. We were welcomed at the dealership and directed to Steve. He told us that Jimmy would take care of us. Jimmy did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is because it took a very long time to complete the deal [over 4 hours]. Also when we got home we found that the second key fob would not work [needed a new battery] and the home link system was not working [still waiting on a resolution for this]. We also thought that a deeper detailing should have been done. It is our plan to pay off the financing as soon as possible and noticed after we had signed that there was a specific sentence that would have guaranteed that we would not have paid any interest if we paid off the loan in a specific time period but it was not pointed out to us. More

My first visit was very disappointing because although the work they did w This is my second experience servicing my new 2019 RDX at Jay Wolfe Acura. My first visit was very disappointing because although the work they did was great, they left numerous black handprints all over the light grey inner liner of my new vehicle. They did clean it up when I pointed it out to them, but I had to repeatedly bring it back to their attention because they missed cleaning off some remaining black marks. When I left a follow-up voicemail and email message for the service manager about my experience, I was ignored with no return communication. I was just hoping they would let me know they were sorry for how they treated my vehicle and had policies in place now to prevent that in the future. Scared to bring my SUV back to Jay Wolfe, I had subsequent warrantee service performed by a competitor that was done very well. With trepidation I brought my vehicle back to Jay Wolfe for this service because it was covered by my new car agreement specifically with them. They did great this time and Dusty was great to work with. Work was done well with no black marks in the vehicle! More
