Great service! When I bought my new RDX a week or so ago, I needed to come back to have the hitch added that I'll use for my bicycle rack. The next Saturday I checked to see if there was an appointment available and there wasn't (by the way, the ability to make appointments on line is super cool). I made an appointment online for the next Tuesday. But I called and asked if they could work me in on Saturday, since they didn't have time to get the hitch added before I took delivery. Dusty Hancock told me to come on in and they'd do it. They gave me a loaner RDX so I could get some holiday shopping done, promised the car by 4, and had it ready by 2. Dustin took care of me from the time I got there until I picked up my car -- a GREAT first service experience! Great ham sandwich for lunch in the cafe, too. Craig Anderson More

From the moment I was greeted until I drove my new RDX off the lot a couple of days later, I was treated like someone who was making a major purchase (I was) and who deserved to be treated fairly and respectfully. They were willing to negotiate and came to a very fair price. Jimmy was knowledgeable about the car and its features and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. He's the most professional and top notch salesperson I've ever met -- in any industry. Jeff Johnson was very friendly and excited for us to have our car.
