An amazing day! This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Jimmy Carpenter. We intended to upgrade her RDX. We did that and I decided to also look at the This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Jimmy Carpenter. We intended to upgrade her RDX. We did that and I decided to also look at the TLX. I liked the test drive and the deal felt right so we leased that too. I really like how Jimmy took the time to fully explain all the tech aspects of the cars, the safety features, and the lease details. As for the facility it is first class. Service in the past has been a snap and I see no reason why it would not be the same for the two cars we just leased. Jeff Johnson in finance was also a pleasure to do business with. If anyone asks me I will be more than happy to recommend Jay Wolfe Acura and for a salesman it would be hard to find any better than Jimmy Carpenter. He is a person who really enjoys his job. P,S.
