Jay Wolfe Acura is hands-down the best dealership in the area -- after visiting a half-dozen other dealerships in KC and Omaha looking for a car, I can safely say I would never go anywhere else after my experience at Jay Wolfe. Met with Jimmy Carpenter a few weeks ago and explained what I was looking for. I think within two weeks he had come across EXACTLY what I wanted. Certified pre-owned 2013 Acura TSX, the right color and options and everything. Jimmy was super attentive and helpful. I was so used to being stressed when buying a car... Jimmy and team made it feel like no effort at all, and made me feel extremely comfortable in the dealership. They went out of their way to make sure I was well-fed, well-informed, and aware of all the amenities they had available. The car itself is pretty great too. Took it to my mechanic to have it checked out -- they said this was the first time they did a pre-buy inspection and found NOTHING wrong with the car. Jimmy and the service team was able to fix any of the minor dents/scuffs on the car, and even went out of their way to replace the Bluetooth mic (wasn't required in the purchase agreement). The price of the car was below KBB, and another dealership in town with the exact same car couldn't even come close to matching it (not to mention, their service left a lot to be desired after visiting Jay Wolfe). Anyways, overall, just a fantastic experience. It changed the way I think about buying a car. Definitely could not go back to the places I used to go for my cars. I will definitely buy from Jimmy and Jay Wolfe Acura again. More
