Superlative Experience! I just recently drove away in my second beautiful MDX from Jay Wolfe Acura. The service there has always been exceptional in my experience. This time I just recently drove away in my second beautiful MDX from Jay Wolfe Acura. The service there has always been exceptional in my experience. This time I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Jimmy Carpenter, which made for a car buying exerience that by far surpassed any before it. After introducing himself as I waited for an oil change, Jimmy immediately showcased his expertise about the brand, the MDX and my options for upgrading. He was super informative, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and later found the exact MDX I was hopeful to find. He consistently followed up with me to share information regarding my options and keep me informed. There was never one moment of pressure which, I very much appreciated. I found Jimmy to be incredibly professional, most helpful, authentic, direct, friendly...and super funny. All this combined explains why Jimmy is one of the very best in the country (his card says so;). It also explains why I grew to trust him and would recommend him to anyone! The overall experience was fantastic. Everyone one was friendly greeted us on arrival no pressure. The dealership has changed 100% to the better from my last experience. The young man who went over the vehicle was awesome as well. He knows his cars. It is nice to see they have a person just to go over electronic and settings. From start to finish if I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was by far the best experience I have had in buying a new car and my family has owned several new cars.
