This was only my 2nd new car I have purchased and the 2007 TL type-S that I traded in for my new RDX was my 1st new car and also bought at Jay Wolfe Acura. I also had a good experience with Robert and the service team earlier in the week when the alternator went out on my car and it was towed to the dealership. I asked for a RDX for a loaner as that was the only vehicle I was potentially going to get if I were to get rid of my car. More

The staff at Jay Wolfe is friendly and did their best to make the process smooth. Unfortunately never simple but that is not their fault. The sales personnel Jen Best & Derrick White worked hard to get my wife and I a good deal and I believe that is where we ended up. My wife is very pleased with her new RDX and has been pleased overall after 28 years of owning Acura vehicles. The service personnel and lack of hard upselling at Jay Wolfe is another factor that will keep us coming back. We had been using another dealer for service but a change in management in their service department began hard selling service adders that were not necessary to my wife and we stopped bringing our car there. Jay Wolfe's service personnel approach is much appreciated. More

Jay Wolfe Acura is the crème de la crème of dealerships!. I just drove 2.5 hours from Wichita, KS to purchase my brand new 2015 Acura TLX from them and the drive was more than worth it!. They took excellent care of me and their service far surpassed anything that my local dealership offers. From the free food and drink and complimentary oil changes (something my local dealer doesn't offer) the amenities are abundant. For me the amenities are definitely nice but what's even more important is the level of service and let me tell you Emily and Jim are rock stars! Even Jeff in Finance made the paper work enjoyable and quick. There is no weak link in this team. Just like the Maya Angelou quote: people won't necessarily remember what you said or did but they will remember how you made them feel. I felt like a VIP and you would have thought I was spending 7 figures on a car. Thank you so much... Can't wait to come back you've earned all of my future business! More
