White met me at the door I had THE best car experience ever. I was on my lunch, looking for a used 2013 Acura I had been watching your inventory for a couple of weeks. It was gone. DW explained that model moves quickly and that he could call me when another came thru. There was another 2015 on the lot and asked would I like to see it. We talked about my needs, test drove, talked a little more. Very knowledgeable. I had done some homework but I learned quite a bit more from Mr. White. I will love owning this car. My time with Josh G. was also really good. I am naturally leery of the "Finance Guy". I found Josh to be personable and down to earth. Now, I will say the gentleman I met upon my return from the bank with my cashiers check for the $12,000.00 down payment did present a different demeanor than every other person I interacted with during the course of this transaction, and there were many. I was at your location from 12:45ish until after 5:00. I needed to run to bank for the check and also get the title for my trade in. It wasn't in the lock box at home so I returned without it. Upon learning this, this gentleman who never spoke to me or made eye contact let it be known non-verbally how really inconvenient this was. I am sure in all the years of Jay Wolfe, it's not the first time a paying customer had this happen. it was soon remedied so why the drama?? Anyway, I have a great car, I will tell my friends and look forward to seeing you all soon for regular schedule service. Thanks Karen More
