Professional, timely, accurate and well done On the way to work my tire gets hammered, but not before I'm able to make it to the dealer before I lose air in the tire. Robert Beaver (Service Adviser) When you pull into the shop area it's clean and organized. You will have a service adviser there within 30 seconds to one minute. My adviser Robert Beaver was polite and very professional. He wanted to know if I had any questions about our car and what work was to be performed on it, that morning. I told him that I had a couple of concerns with the life of the oil and what happens if it goes down to 0% or below. He explanation was simple and to the point. I felt relieved after talking with him. He keep in touch with me while I was waiting on the car. He was friendly and courteous. Outstanding job by this service adviser. More
