Not quite the like the Lexus experience Had other errands to run and I wasn't allow to have a loaner vehicle. Inconsistent I typically have a good experience when I go to the dealership. However, I had my MDX in for service 2 weeks ago and was told that I needed new brakes I typically have a good experience when I go to the dealership. However, I had my MDX in for service 2 weeks ago and was told that I needed new brakes. When I brought the care back for an oil change this week, I was told that my brakes were fine. I was told they were at a 3 and all of the sudden now they are at a 7. I'm really glad I did not waste the $300 that was quoted to me. Also, I asked how to operate my automatic starter, as the Jay Wolfe Acura dealership installed it, and was told to go online and look it up. I also received a phone call from a salesperson while I was waiting for a 1.5 hour oil change and they asked if I wanted to upgrade my car....the car I just bought 13 months ago! Why would I do that? More
