I was told when I made the appointment that I didn't "qualify for a loaner" because i This was by far my most positive experience so far at Jay Wolfe! I mentioned that the last time I was there for an express oil change I waited for over 2 hours. When I arrived, the service rep, Dillon, said he could get me a loaner since they weren't that busy. Dillon called me in less than the predicted 2 hours. I was on my way home by noon, which was great! More
