After more than 3 days, the inspection data has still not been uploaded to Missouri, so I still can't buy my new license plates. Everyone has gone home for the weekend now, so we'll see if they upload the data on Monday. This is very slow, very poor service on the part of that one employee. The person assigned to the front-line phone is too easily confused. When I asked to be transferred to Service, she literally said, "I don't understand what you're asking. I'm just the operator." So the front-line customer service needs some work. She never did connect me. The Service Technician I dealt with was Robert Beaver, who was very professional and did a great job. More
