The service technician has been knowledgeable in the areas I have spoken with them about. The waiting area seating is spacious and comfortable. Breaking a Tie I had my heart set on a low mileage Infiniti QX60, after driving an M35 for eleven years. I found a model I liked locally but the dealer didn't sense my readiness to make a decision. So I sent out Internet requests to other Infiniti dealers and walked the Acura lot on Sunday afternoon. I sent a request for quote to Jay Wolfe Acura and within an hour or so received a prompt and full response, along with appointment times for Monday. I wasn't paying attention to the sender at that time, and only on Monday as I arrived at the dealership did I become aware that the general manager Jim Mattson had responded to the inquiry. The level of both knowledge and service, from Jimmy and Jim in the management office, transparency of the deal and the patient help of sales associate Jon Stout, I arrived home yesterday with a new 2017 Acura MDX. I began the sales process looking at the MDX as leverage for my Infiniti deal, and found the Acura sales team to be a significant reason for opening my mind to a better alternative. Thanks guys.
