Both Jake Chamberlain and Jackie Kreter were awesome on a busy Saturday at the dealership! They listened, presented options as we asked, and within a few short hours we drove away with two new 2018 leased Acuras - a TLX and RDX! From start to finish the process was easy, comfortable and highly professional. Jake made sure we both knew how to use all of each vehicle’s features, paired our cell phones, and set up the driver preferences. Even though we were return Jay Wolfe Acura clients, Jake's follow up calls and handwritten note to check in with each of us have demonstrated a truly commitment to excellence experience - just WOW! Didn't care for it took over two hours to get my oil changed. My appointment was at three I got there around two forty and checked in. I left about four forty fifty. When I was in the lobby multiple people had filtered in and out while I waited - they checked in after finished sooner - I was about the last person left in the lobby. I asked my service tech why that happened and he informed me there were some people that came in with some smaller services, like battery changes. I have two issues with that. Do you have too many services that are easier than oil changes? And two why do I set up an appointment if I can get bumped by someone else? More
