This one resulted in a wait of over 2 hours (with an appointment and ear This is my 3rd oil change at Jay Wolfe Acura, and the first 2 were excellent. This one resulted in a wait of over 2 hours (with an appointment and early arrival, no less) for a simple oil change. When I left, I noticed that the PSI was lower in my tires than I had requested, and the oil life indicator said 70% despite supposedly having just been replaced. On a positive note, the waiting area was very nice and the complementary food and beverages was a nice touch. Had this been my first visit, I would have been more upset by the experience, but maybe this was just an off day for them? More
