Our salesman Brent Schmeling was wonderful to deal with both times. The options and colors we wanted in our vehicles each time were not readily available, but Brent did a super job of locating them and getting them to their dealership. He was hardworking and courteous. Everything went very smoothly and we would go back to them again in a heartbeat. More

Insulting and untrustworthy I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic test run. I already knew what it would probably be based on my reader. It took two hours for them just to c I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic test run. I already knew what it would probably be based on my reader. It took two hours for them just to call me with a quote because they ALL had gone to lunch. Or, at least, that's what I was told. Another hour later they called and said they wanted to remove the Cam to see if it was scored and if I was losing oil pressure. I'm a mechanic and knew I wasn't losing oil pressure, I just needed a sensor replaced. I said how can the cam be damaged as you state when I still have good oil pressure. The parts total was $170 but my quote was for close to $600. And another $110 for the diagnostic. I had told myself I wouldn't go back again after I paid $700 to them for a cooling system flush and check fluids. At that time, they tried to tell me my transmission case was low and leaking into the transmission. I know it's sealed and a seperate unit. That was going to be an extra $500 if I had let them do it. I will never go there again and will let my friends and family know. I'm buying a new Ford truck in March but it won't be through Jay Malone Motors. More

doesnt not stand behind vehicles Bought a new Jeep mid August. A couple weeks later (less than 150 miles on it) was driving in Hutchinson and vehicle shut down. Could have been wors Bought a new Jeep mid August. A couple weeks later (less than 150 miles on it) was driving in Hutchinson and vehicle shut down. Could have been worse if on freeway. Called dealership who gave us number for Chrysler tow service. set up appointment with Brent the following Thursday to see what was going on. A cable for power to fuse box was not secured to body of vehicle by manufacturer. Appointment with Brent was at 3:00pm but did not see us until 4:20 pm. Very disappointed. Basically Brent said it was not the dealerships problem. He said we had to deal with Chrysler directly. Ask abought getting a new vehicle and answer was with depreciation and car defect we would have to pay about 9000 more for a new vehicle with trade in. Didn't even have the new Jeep for 2 two weeks. We bought 2 new vehicles from Jay Malone in a year and that's how we get treated? Jay Malone should stand behind their vehicles they sell. They should deal with the Chrysler and give some satisfaction to it's customers. Have been telling all how we were treated by the dealership. Would not recommend anyone to this dealership. Dealership for life? More

Positive Experience I stopped in on a Monday to see about up-grading our car. I felt very comfortable working w/ Brent Schmeling We went in looking at cars for my daughter. After driving a car she liked with Brent, we went inside and talked about the car, financing, etc. When do We went in looking at cars for my daughter. He showed one to me that exactly fit my request. We dealt back and fourth for a few days with needs that I felt I needed. Brent always took them to the appropriate person. Eventually we worked things out that we were both satisfied with. I really like the truck and the service I got. More
