Terrible cars, terrible service. I had never felt so disrespected. Test drove 2 cars and both had serious problems. I was told to drive back because they were in that bad of shape. Wonderful people who keep it real! I'm in the process of buying a new car. Although Jay Malone does not have the car for me they are trying very hard to find me one! He is honestly the best car salesman I've ever worked with! Not because he is good at making a sale but because he is trying so hard to get me exactly what I want. ( down to the push to start ) He understands exactly what I will pay and is making sure it will be within the amount I gave them for my monthly payment. So basically Ritchie treats you like a person not a number! He's very kind and has a huge personality. I would never buy a car from anyone else! Thank you Ritchie for all you do! Tanner is the most friendly, helpful and goes way beyond the "call of duty" to help us out each time. His expertise and knowledge is truly amazing and both of us feel very comfortable that if there ever is a problem with our jeep vehicles, we can call on him. His telephone calls to let us know how our repair is progressing is outstanding and he always informs us on the status of the service being done. His professionalism and honesty is truly an asset to your company. Please know how pleased and happy we are that Tanner Lindell is at your dealership. Tanner is amazing!!!!! Professional, Friendly, Courteous Service. I had recently moved to Hutchinson, MN from Saint Louis, MO and needed some attention for my 2010 Ford Focus SEL. I had grown accustomed to the great I had recently moved to Hutchinson, MN from Saint Louis, MO and needed some attention for my 2010 Ford Focus SEL. I had grown accustomed to the great service that I was receiving at the Bommarito Ford Dealership in Hazelwood, MO. I was pleased to find that great service was also a part of the repertoire of the personnel at Jay Malone Motors at 1165 Hwy. 7, Hutchinson, MN. Upon arriving in Hutchinson, MN I wanted to set up a relationship with a Ford Dealership who would pay detailed attention to my Ford Focus, and who would manage the business end of maintaining a vehicle in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. I went to Jay Malone Motors knowing they were a Ford Dealership, and believing they would be a good choice toward adding a block heater to my engine, and servicing the thermostat and radiator of my Ford Focus. I went to Jay Malone Motors, on Friday, December 11, 2015 in the late afternoon, and approached the customer care desk inside the dealership, and I was greeted by two ladies with smiling faces who exhibited an excellent desire toward good customer service. The one lady upon hearing of my request for service for my vehicle, took the time and valued effort to personally walk me to the service desk and introduced me to Tanner and Kevin at the service counter. Tanner Lindell quickly volunteered to assist me, and began the process of getting a block heater and thermostat ordered for my Ford Focus. Tanner was able to set up a convenient appointment for me for the following Friday (12/18/2015). Tanner was also able to set up a new Ford Owner Advantage Rewards Account for me for the Jay Malone Motors Dealership to allow me to start earning rewards immediately on the service that I was having done on my vehicle. The Ford Owner Advantage Rewards program was something I was hoping to be able to continue using, and Tanner expeditiously set up my new account. Tanner was thorough in setting up my profile, and handled each aspect in a professional and friendly manner. When it came time to drop off my vehicle on Thursday Evening, it was after the Service Department had already stopped working for the day; but, Jason Schaalma, the General Manager of Jay Malone Motors, was able to answer all my questions concerning the drop-off procedures. The mannerism of Jason Schaalma was also professional, friendly, and courteous in his interactions. On the following Friday (12/18/2015) the work was to begin on my 2010 Ford Focus. As can happen, a difficulty of a part failing had made the servicing of my vehicle a bit more time consuming. Tanner called me during that Friday, and informed me of the difficulty, and informed me that a replacement part would be in on Monday (12/21/2015) for my vehicle. Tanner went further, in my case, and offered me a vehicle on loan from the dealership for the weekend to alleviate any need for a mode of transportation for the weekend. So on Saturday afternoon, I was able to speak with General Manager Jason Schaalma again, and he quickly and efficiently attended to the course of action needed to allow me to attain the loaned vehicle. On Monday (12/21/2015), I received a call from Tanner Lindell informing me of the positive outcome of the work that was done by the mechanics team. Tanner also was detail oriented enough to inform me of the final cost for the service performed on my vehicle which allowed me to be prepared at the time of payment. In summary, I would say that I received excellent service at each moment of the process of getting a new relationship started with a new dealership and new automotive service team. The procedure of servicing my vehicle from setting up a new customer profile to the payment was one that was done with professionalism, and in a friendly, and courteous manner. The challenge in my particular case was handled with ease by Tanner, and the team of mechanics of Jay Malone Motors. The expertise that was used in managing my particular challenge gives one confidence in entrusting one's vehicle to the personnel of Jay Malone Motors. Thank you, to each of you at Jay Malone Motors, for making the servicing of my Ford Focus an easy process where one can feel confident in the abilities of those desiring to help you in maintaining a vehicle.
