Fantastic! I was dreading going to the dealership to trade in our car and get something new. when making a big purchase, it's always so stressful. The financing, the signing, the questions etc. This was NOT the case at Jay Malone Motors. WOW. We had a phenomenal experience. The customer service is fantastic! I wasn't asked if I was a first time customer until AFTER we had signed on the dotted line so I knew that the service wasn't swayed by Trevor trying to "wow" us. However, he really did WOW us. Every employee we talked to (whether it was financing or just people walking by) was awesome.
