Great Experience with Marilee @ Jay Malone!! I stopped in 1 day when I was on my way out of town to buy a truck. Wasn't even going to stop in being I'm more of a Chevy/GMC guy. But I had to fin I stopped in 1 day when I was on my way out of town to buy a truck. Wasn't even going to stop in being I'm more of a Chevy/GMC guy. But I had to find a truck that weekend due to working out of town and previous vehicle not doing so well. Walked inside and 1st person who approached me was Marilee and we talked for a while and took me out on the lot, went for a few test drives with her. The nice part was she absolutley didnt do any of the typical salesperson BS. While they didn't have what I really wanted on the lot, [blacked out is my deal) she told me about an employee there who owned a blacked out Dodge that's lease was just about over. I took it out and decided that's what I wanted. Let her know if she wanted to sell a truck she had to figure out how to get me in that and that's exactly what she did. Left that day with Jason's 2014 Dodge Ram at a very reasonable price that was pretty well maintained. Stop in and see Marilee at Jay Malone! She will take care of ya!!... More

Great Customer Service Bought a car from Jay Malone back in 2013. I had a great experience with the sales person. I have continued to get all of my cars maintenance needs done through the service center. Taunya has been fabulous she is very friendly and extremely helpful. Tanner is amazing as well. Great service! I needed a car because mine was in an accident. I was in and out super fast no hassles. its always been a good experiance well this is my 4th vehicle from malone and from the first vehicle at very high intrest rate till present very very low i started at almost 20% 5 year well this is my 4th vehicle from malone and from the first vehicle at very high intrest rate till present very very low i started at almost 20% 5 years ago and today im at 5.25% if it wernt for the sales people and the service department going the extra mile for us i wouldnt be writing this yes its been a long road up hill for us but our experiance has always been excelent and we will keep coming back for our vehicles and the service and feel its not said enough thank you for all your help More

Car that fits me! I had very specific criteria for a car that I would be willing to buy. No white or silver, no climbing up into vehicle, pedals that extend up to me, I had very specific criteria for a car that I would be willing to buy. No white or silver, no climbing up into vehicle, pedals that extend up to me, (I'm only 4' 5 1/2" tall), very adjustable seats/steering wheel, still under warranty, and not over a certain price (including trade-in, tax and license). They did not have anything on their lot that met all of my criteria. They came really close on a new 2016 car, but as I stood my ground on the price, so did they, but they kept looking and found a used low mileage 2016 car that met all of my criteria. I'm still learning about all the stuff included on the car. Brandon set up some of the new features before I left the lot and has offered to help me set up anything else I need.
