HORRIBLE SERVICE Misleading information excuses and lies So we received a letter from Jay Malone Motors to purchase our Mustang because it is in high demand and they are willing to pay above blue book value. So we received a letter from Jay Malone Motors to purchase our Mustang because it is in high demand and they are willing to pay above blue book value.....So we go into the dealership today, after checking NADA, Kelley Blue Book, and the link that the letter had we are expecting $11,000 offer.....NO they only offer us $8,000 for the car....WHAT!!!! xxxx NO!!!! It turns out that after the salesman back pedals and comes up with excuses on why he gave us a low ball offer. It turns out our car is not in high demand so that is the most they will give us. Not only did they lie to us about our car being in high demand they also low balled us on what our car is worth. At that point we decided to walk away and we will NEVER go back to Jay Malones again. We decided to go to a dealership down the road and explained to them our horrible experience. They (Other dealership) asked us to give them a chance and they told us our car is worth way more than Jay Malones was going to give us. We took there offer at NADA value and purchased a comparable vehicle. I will NEVER recommend Jay Malone to anyone. Lesson learned shop around. More

Our best Black Friday Purchase ever!!!! We had gone to Jay Malone, for a coupon special on an oil change for our Pt Cruiser, left with our new Jeep Compass. They were so committed to make this work for us. Honestly, we have not the best credit, in the past but we believe we are trying to do better.
