Amazing all around I came in super nervous to even look at a car because every dealership I had been to before made me feel very uncomfortable and the salesmen were supe I came in super nervous to even look at a car because every dealership I had been to before made me feel very uncomfortable and the salesmen were super pushy. I was not excited to be in this position again. Ben easily got my nerves to calm by just asking us what we wanted and answering all our questions and being upfront when he needed to double check on things, just so he didn’t give us false information. Never once did I feel that I had to buy something or did I feel uncomfortable. We test drove two cars and it felt like we were just cruising around with a friend that just knew a lot about the cars we chose to drive. Marilee helped us with the buying process and all the numbers. She was very friendly and went over all the numbers and car information in a way that someone like me, who doesn’t know much about the process of buying car, could understand, without making me feel like I was unintelligent. I was super comfortable and had a wonderful experience! Everyone we met at Jay Malone was wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt taken care of. More
