Just want to Thank Tony Esnough and his crew at the service desk for helping me out with an issue on my F150 last Friday afternoon. I popped in at 3:20 without prior notice - never bought anything from Jay Malone Motors - never even been there before. They help me resolve my issue like I’d bought 10 cars from them previously. The last time I was out of state and had an issue - the service dept didn’t even want to look at it until late the following week. So, that was great to at least look at it - which they were able to quickly resolve, too. Based on my description of the noise. Just a Class Act by all 3 of them. More

Don't buy a vehicle from Jay Malone unless you get a CARFAX report on the vehicle you're interested in. We bought a year old vehicle from them, and were told by the sales rep that the truck we were int CARFAX report on the vehicle you're interested in. We bought a year old vehicle from them, and were told by the sales rep that the truck we were interested in (and purchased), that the previous owner was a regualar customer and usually only drives a vehicle for a year or two then trades it in. Fast forward 7 years, when we go to trade it in at another dealership, that the truck had been in a "severe" accident (top rating) shortly after the original owner had bought it new, and a year after we bought it. Now WE get THOUSANDS of dollars knocked off the trade in price. Looking back, they had to have known the history of it. Not a good way to do business Jay Malone:- More

TJ answered all of my questions and spent all the time I needed going over the technical advantages of the SUV I was interested in purchasing (not an easy task for someone my age). Finance Manager Jake Malone also took the time I needed to go over the financial aspects of my purchase. After a three day decision, I drove off with a full tank of gas in my new Jeep, a very satisfied customer. I love my new Jeep!!
