Absolutely amazing! A+++ I purchased a Civic SI from Jay honda. I have to say I hate dealing with dealerships but this was unlike anything I have ever experienced! Ira sold me my car and he was so knowledgeable along with friendly and willing to help at any turn I felt like he was my best friend from years ago. Omar in the next desk kept me laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Mike in finance was more than just great. Extremely friendly and such a fun guy! The combination of those 3 guys made everything worth it. I will never purchase from anyone but those 3 guys especially Ira. Would I go back! HECK YES!! More

Excellent, no pressure service. Great sales team I had purchased a car from Jay Honda in the past but it had been a while. When I started my vehicle search I was contacted by 4 different dealers whi I had purchased a car from Jay Honda in the past but it had been a while. When I started my vehicle search I was contacted by 4 different dealers while doing research on the vehicle I wanted. After speaking to 2 other dealers in the area I was not impressed by the service I received. I decided to go back to Jay since I had great experience with them years ago. I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in the dealership and met Tony and Rob the experience was excellent. They were both straight forward and honest about what was available, the time frame that we would be looking at to get what we wanted (which they well exceeded my expectations, getting the vehicle in about a day). I had been waiting a little more than a week for word from the other dealer, with no response, before coming to Jay. I couldn't be happier to have made the switch. I really appreciate the professional service that Rob and Tony provided during the sales process. They did not push for additional extras and they even helped me to refine the accessory choices that I had wanted to maximize value and savings. When it came time to actually signing the paperwork, working with Michael was as easy as it could have been. in just a few minutes he was able to explain everything and get us back out the door and without any additional questions. A much easier experience than when we purchased my wife's previous car, a Toyota. I would absolutely recommend Jay Honda as a dealership, both experiences I have had have been top notch.
