(Rob patiently stood in the blazing sun while I made my selection...thanks Rob!) Tony Spitalieri handled the specifics of the financing options and my trade in. The two work well as a team with a seamless transition back and forth. With all of the decisions made, Mike Stoughton handled the paperwork. He had all of the forms ready and explained each as they were completed. All in all it was my most "comfortable" auto transaction to date! More
