An Honest and Fair Dealership I had purchased a 2016 Honda Fit from Jay in October of 2015. Ericka was pleasant throughout and even though she was new at Jay Honda, she didn't hesitate to ask a senior to make sure I got all of the information needed to make an informed buying decision. That's where Jeff Wells came in. Jeff's been with Honda for a while and really knows his stuff. Any question I asked he had an answer or could quickly look up. He even went so far as to print out the 13 page list of what's in each trim on the Honda Civic I was looking into (very helpful). Once I had decided on the make/model of Honda Civic (EX) that I wanted to buy, Joe Russo did the haggling and initial financing look ups for me. Even while haggling as low a price as I could get he was still pleasant to work with. Likewise, Rick Angel finished the financing and paperwork to proceed with actually buying the car and was honest with me regarding the extra things you can add on at the end. Rick didn't rush me when reading the paperwork to make sure everything checked out and was also friendly to finalize the deal with.
