We'd done some of the work over the phone but I was still very impressed that we were there less than two hours total, including Charles showing my wife how to work all the tech in the car and putting the temp tag on for us. Wanted to call out the GM Mark Lyon in particular since he's clearly setting the right tone in this dealership. My only compliant is that they would not sell me the little 1972 Honda 600 they have on display in the showroom :-). More
Great Customer Service Lauryn I took my Mom to Jay Honda back in Feb 2016 and when we arrived it was a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the sales people were busy, but Lauryn who I took my Mom to Jay Honda back in Feb 2016 and when we arrived it was a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the sales people were busy, but Lauryn who's the receptionist not only greeted us she also SOLD my Mom her 16 CRV!!! I was so pleased with her service that I went back and purchased a 16 Accord sedan and I only wanted to work with Lauryn, because she's warm, welcoming, and caring, I not only got a great deal on my Accord thanks to her and Joe(finance manager ) I also made a my friend/sister!!! This is my ninth Honda vehicle either purchased or leased through Jay. To date, things have always been handled professionally and I hope things will continue well into the future. In particular, Tony Spitalieri went above and beyond in helping me get the brake problem resolved, even when it was not really his job. It's always a pleasant surprise when someone exceeds your expectations. More

Great Experience!! I went to Jay Honda on the Bedford Auto Mile to look at cars. A gentleman greeted me as I was exiting my car.We went inside,he introduced me to Steve I went to Jay Honda on the Bedford Auto Mile to look at cars. A gentleman greeted me as I was exiting my car.We went inside,he introduced me to Steve Koleski who works in sales. Steve took very good care of me from the beginning to the end of my car purchase. He along with James Hunker made sure to honor my request. The customer service was out standing!!!! Joe Russo,Finance Manager worked to get me the best finance rate for my situation. He was awesome,kind and very sincere!! I loved my experience with the entire staff , they were customer service at its best!! Great Job!!! More

Rick Kwiecien the salesman did not try to sell me a more expensive vehicle ( welcome relief) just answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease that the car was safe and mechanically sound ( first time I had bought a car by myself). The car needed to be shipped to another city and he hooked me up with a shipper that would do that (also a first for me). It was a very easy comfortable transaction . Used car sale I was in the market for a "new" used car. I have purchased 2 previous vehicles from the Jay Auto group. I returned to Jay Honda because my 14 year o I was in the market for a "new" used car. I have purchased 2 previous vehicles from the Jay Auto group. I returned to Jay Honda because my 14 year old Pontiac was in need of replacement. I was immediately greeted by Ericka Payne who informed me that I was in the new auto building. She escorted me to the used car sales and introduced me to James Hunziker. Between the team, I was able to discuss my needs and budget. They located several choices and I was able to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. The process was efficient and almost effortless. They were able to match me with a "new" car in my price range and I couldn't be happier. Joe Russo handled the closing of the deal. Although I hadn't planned to buy a car today, Joe made it easier for me by allowing me to mail my car title to him and take the car home today. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. They have an adequate inventory and fair prices. I plan on using the service department to maintain my vehicle.
