A Great Experience At Jay Honda I cannot say Thank You enough for a great and wonderful experience i received at Jay Honda. The employees i dealt with were Rick Kwiecien , Terry, and Joe Russo. Rick,Terry and Joe took there time walking me through everything. Terry was so professional,kind and patient. Rick also professional kind. Smiles all the time i was there. Being so hot on the day i was there looking at cars they all still gave there best plus smiles. Joe Russo a true professional. Spent so much time explaining everything to me patient kind giving me a fantastic deal. Everyone of these gentlemen are all superior professional Employees. I will always recommend Jay Honda to everyone. I will also give them Rick's name,Terry.Joe and James. I want to thank you each and everyone of you gentlemen for your your superior service,kindness,listening to my concerns receiving the very best deal i received. I love my Honda !!!!!! Honest, straightforward, and led with their best deal My wife and I were coming off lease on our 2014 CR-V, and before we leased our next vehicle, we wanted to look at all of the other crossovers in that My wife and I were coming off lease on our 2014 CR-V, and before we leased our next vehicle, we wanted to look at all of the other crossovers in that class. We went down to the Bedford automile to look at cars across manufacturers, but it happened that our first stop was Jay Honda to look at the new 2016 CR-V. I had leased two Hondas from other dealers in the Cleveland area, so I assumed that if we went with another CR-V, I would go back and deal with one of them, but I figured we could stop into Jay just to get a look at the car. We were greeted by Charles Porter, who turned out to be extremely friendly and helpful. While Charles showed us the new vehicle, we allowed the Jay folks to look at my wife's old Honda and assess its value vs. payoff. To make a long story short, I ended up sitting in GM Mark Lyon's office negotiating the framework of a deal. Much to my surprise, Mark came right out and made me the deal that I had hoped to negotiate after many frustrating rounds of having dealers negotiate against each other. He didn't try inflate the deal by undervaluing my trade, and he made me an offer on the monthly cost of the new vehicle that I felt was close to as good as I was going to get anywhere. And this was his initial offer. Despite being someone who likes to haggle to make sure I get the best value, it was clear to me that Mark had taken all of the hassle out of this and put his best foot forward. He even told us that we could pick the color we wanted and if he didn't have it on the lot, he would go get it at no additional cost. I told him that we still wanted to look at other cars, but that if we decided to go with a Honda, I wouldn't go to any other dealer. After doing our due diligence and confirming once again that the CR-V is the best value in its class, we called up Charles and Mark and made the deal. A few days later, they had located the color combo we wanted and we picked up the car. The entire experience was an A+ and I'm just extremely impressed at the way these folks conduct business. I will definitely go back for my next Honda. More

He's an excellent salesman who, when I asked to go visit the car lot to see all the various colors of cars and options, he immediately said yes. He allowed us to test drive the last available Pilot on their lot. We were able to walk away the same day in our new car! Overall, a great experience from start to finish. More

I told them what I wanted, we went to drive a couple cars and then the wheeling and dealing began. I was happy with the final deal and was excited to pick up my new car. Picking up my car was a whole different experience. I had an appointment but still had to wait and the whole thing took over 3 hours which was ridiculous. I was Told my car had features that it doesn't and there were mistakes made with the paperwork and such that I caught and had to have corrected. Than goodness for Joe Russo in finance because he made it as pleasant as possible. Very nice guy to work with. Just annoyed and feel like a better job could have been done. More

One of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had Every sales person we came in contact with was extremely friendly, and nobody was pushy. Everyone was very patient and kind toward our 3 kids we had in tow (we weren't exactly planning to buy a car the day we went in, especially since it was a holiday). The sales people were available to answer all questions, but also gave us our space to test-drive, manage our kids, and ultimately make a decision...all in our own time frame. We spoke with multiple people, all of whom were very knowledgeable and helpful. More
