They were more than willing to find me the car I wanted in my price range and worked with me when the car was more expensive to bring the price down. Thought they knew what they were doing I couldn't drive my son's car on the freeway, it shook so badly when I was bringing in for airbag recall work. I complained about the problem, and th I couldn't drive my son's car on the freeway, it shook so badly when I was bringing in for airbag recall work. I complained about the problem, and the garage we normally use is in Cleveland Heights. They convinced me to leave it for repairs, and I was impressed. I was offered a loaner to get home to Geauga County. When I returned to pick up the car, I paid a very high bill for new brakes, and replacing all 4 stabilizer links. The free loaner was built into the repair cost and then some. Driving home the car STILL shook and the vibrations scared me so I went directly to our trusted mechanic in Cleveland Heights. My husband picked me up on his way home from work, and we get a call the next morning. A broken motor mount is the problem and it is easily seen due to the way the motor tilted to one side. Apparently they never even opened the hood at Jay Honda. When I called to complain, I was told by the service manager that they don't need to open the hood to do the brakes, suspension work, or airbag recall. He blamed me for not telling them to, then the service writer for whatever reason and basically blew me off. I like our sales person but won't be back for repairs. The cost is Extremely High!! Coincidentally my husband's Toyota's stabilizer links needed to be replaced this week, we had our usual mechanic do the work. Rven assuming that the parts (both OEM) cost less, the difference in price was striking. Less time consuming, even though it is an older car and labor charges were less. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I am certain that the repair was done correctly and the diagnostic information was correct. I am not anticipating any further issues and I am confident that main is driving a safe vehicle. I am not worried after l leave the garage that unnoticed problems will put him at risk. More

Her demeanor was friendly and helpful and never forceful in her approach. We clicked immediately. We explained what we were looking for in a new vehicle and why, sat down with her and in no time she presented us with what would work for us. She continued to work with us throughout the leasing process right through until we drove away. I know that we can turn to her with any follow-up questions or concerns, I also have to mention Ira Jackson-Carpenter who was so pleasant to work with regarding financing. Our interaction was pleasant during the process we discussed the Cavs and the Indians...he made it fun as I signed paper after paper. Add to that how wonderful Jeff Wells was. He finalized a few details and he did it superbly. We traded in our 2004 Civic which we bought at Jay's and I know we'll be back. Thank you to everyone we worked with. More

Here's my original post with his name spelled correctly. I was at Jay Honda Bedford today to help a friend drive home after returning his car following the end of the lease. While waiting I talked to a Dennis JENKINS who was polite, knowledgeable and helpful regarding info on a Civic my wife my be interested in purchasing. However, I had a miserable experience with the female receptionist and male sales rep at the dealership. He didn't know I overheard his mockery (talking with the receptionist) of my friend who simply requested help from anyone now that he was way beyond his appointment time. I told the sales rep the person he was mocking was my friend and I didn't appreciate his insults, especially speaking behind his back. No apology. In fact, the receptionist criticized me for sticking up for my friend. To his credit, Dennis JENKINS apologized for the ordeal, even though he wasn't responsible. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me select the appropriate model for me. Additionally, Jeff Wells carefully explained much of the technology to me. This was extremely helpful, as well. Finally, on the day I picked up my new baby, "Steller's Jay," Ira Jackson-Carpenter made the paperwork a breeze. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He made the financing actually a pleasant experience. Thanks, also to Mark, the manager for his help. And to Lauryn for her warmth and friendliness. She really made the experience delightful!
