Dennis Jenkins did a very good job of explaining everything to me and showing me all the gadgets on the Car. Jeff Wells was very helpful as well with the syncing up of the phone and other settings on the car. Dennis and Jeff are real gems and Jay Honda should be proud of the great job that they do. The new finance guy I believe his first name is Victor did a good job as well. I also cannot thank enough Mark Lyons for all his help during this new car lease experience. More

A breath of fresh air Last week was my second time at Jay Honda. My first time was 3 years ago when I leased a civic and Ira was my salesperson. Since then Ira has moved to Last week was my second time at Jay Honda. My first time was 3 years ago when I leased a civic and Ira was my salesperson. Since then Ira has moved to a different position so I was super nervous to go to someone new. Omar contacted me a few times coming up on the time when my lease was due to see where I was in the process. When I got there Omar had a huge smile and a big friendly voice. He immediately made me feel comfortable. I was super impressed by how much he knew about all the cars available and gave a ton of practical advice. Ira was amazing at getting everything done quickly and even did more than I hoped or even expected. They were both respectful of my budget and my car buying needs. I didn't feel pressured and ultimately ended up with a great car under what my max budget was. Omar took 30 extra minutes after all my paperwork was signed to show me how to work everything in my new car and went over some of the videos on the Hondatech tutor website with me. Both Omar and Ira made my car buying experience like something out of a commercial. They work so well together and are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have recommended this dealership to anyone that will listen all because of the exceptional customer service from these two. In an industry where some people are trying to get people in and out and the stereotypes of people putting you into anything to get a deal done, these two are a breath of fresh air and the art of working with people is not lost on them.
