This is the 4th Honda CR-V I've bought from Dennis. He makes my experience quick and simple, the way I like it!! I went back to Jay Honda because my overall experience has been wonderful. From having the car serviced to asking questions to now leasing I have been treated with respect. I am a 65 year old woman who many car sales personnel treat poorly like we are second class citizens. That has never been the case at this dealership. I also appreciate the fact that the showroom and service area are kept clean and promises are something made to keep not break. Bob followed up with us that evening as we were looking at a few more cars, and again felt no pressure but instead felt like this dealership was just trying to do honest business. We went back, bought the car and felt like we were able to obtain a fair deal all around. We truly felt as though they were working their hardest to find us the best interest rate and most fair deal.
