I was very impressed with honesty and sincerness of the salesman. I thought he worked as a team with the other salesman. When I came into the dealership, my salesman who I had communicated with over the i salesman. I thought he worked as a team with the other salesman. I like dealing with sales personnel as much I like having teeth pulled. I was met by Tony Spitalieri and told him what i was interested in. He was very nice and upfront with me. Tony Spitalieri was hands down the best car salesman I Tony Spitalieri was hands down the best car salesman I had the pleasure to work with. I say this with confidence as I visited MANY car dealerships Tony Spitalieri was hands down the best car salesman I had the pleasure to work with. I say this with confidence as I visited MANY car dealerships from Honda to Dodge to Kia trying to find the best 3rd row SUV for our family. I LOVED the Pilot from the first time I drove it, but I have to say I was drawn to the other competitors SUV's for the added amenities that the Pilot did not offer in the same price point. The one thing Tony said from the first time I met him was "give me a chance; come back and talk with me and I will do what I can to work with you". He might have regretted making this statement as I did come back with a list of what other competitors were offering us. True to Tony's word he did work with us and we ended up signing that night for our Pilot. Out of all the salesmans my husband and I dealt with Tony was by far the best. He was one of the main reasons I even went back to Jay Honda in the first place. In 2009 my husband and I went to Sunnyside Honda for a Pilot. We signed the preliminary paperwork and thought we were going back the next day to officially sign for our car. We recieved a phonecall that night from Sunnyside pulling the deal off the table. They discovered they did not add their quote to us correctly and reneged on the deal. It put such a bad taste in my mouth that I wasn't sure if I wanted to even give Honda another chance. If it wasn't for Tony's genuine, easy going, honest sales approach I probably wouldn't have gone back. Buying a car can be stressful. It is a major purchase; but Tony really made the whole experience enjoyable. We laughed a lot during the whole process and I think I have received enough business cards with Tony's face on it that I can wallpaper my bathroom with! ;o) In short, I am extremely happy with my Honda Pilot and I look foward to a very long relationship with Honda. My only hope is that when it comes time to buy a new car again Tony will still be there! More

Words cannot express how much it was a pleasure to work with Deja at Jay Honda. Over the past couple months I Have been to at least 11 different dealers but with the caring heart of Deja I found exactly what I was looking for. Deja took the time to get know me as a person and also she took the time to understand my needs and what type of car I was looking for. Also she had a very clear understanding of my financial circumstance and went out her way to text me on a regular basis to let me know what vehicles came in. Being that I needed to make a vehicle purchase within a week and I was working on a budget with no cosigner, Deja put in the perfect car that I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH. It’s a used vehicle but I know that its going to last being a Toyota Camary LE. I have been trying to find the perfect car for years and with Deja’s help I have finally have one. The car drives almost new to be a used car. Also during the signing process and finance process Deja kept me entertained and motivated. Not once did I feel like I was at a typical dealership where they are trying to hustle you out of your money. No she and Joe the finance guy worked with me. Deja also took me to the bank to grab cash and she just like I mentioned made me feel comfortable. When I say I will be taking more customers to her I will I encourage anyone looking for a car to go to Jay Honda and ask for Deja. She is wonderful young lady with a kind heart who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and in a car that you want to be in. More
