I generally dread the car buying experience. But honestly this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when buying a car. I have bought 2 luxury cars in the past 10 years and this exper honestly this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when buying a car. Rob Logan is incredibly nice, professional and goes above and beyond all expectations to make sure you are satisfied. He communicates well via e-mail which was very important for me. A few things that stood out 1. There was no pressure to purchase at any time 2. He was very patient as we changed our minds several times re' the color of the car 3. Drove us to multiple lots to show us different colors and interiors to make sure we knew what we were buying and repeated the process when we wanted to see it in daylight 4. When we finally decided on the color it was going to take 10 days to get the car. I found a buyer for my old car. Without even my asking, he offered me a free loaner to use till I got the new car. 5. After the purchase, he gave us all his contact information telling us how he would not hand us off to some strangers in the service department. He would be our point person for anything we needed or had questions about even after he had sold us the car. An amazing car buying experience! A few years ago, an indicator light went on in my CR-V, on the first day of a new job! I drove over to Jay Honda right after work, without an appointment, and explained the emergency to my service guy, Michael Thomas. Michael was awesome! He said, "Let's take a look" and right there and then he fixed the indicator light and got me on my way! When the time came to trade in my 1999 CR-V, my first stop was Jay Honda, even though there was another Honda dealership closer to where I live. Tony Spitalieri was a pleasure to work with! Because I needed a car rather urgently, my parents went to do a little research for me while I was at work. Much to my surprise, Tony let my parents drive the car over to my office, so I could take a look at it and give it a little test drive. It was above and beyond what I expected! There was no high pressure sales or aggresive approach, Tony really wanted to make sure I got the car I would be happy with. Tony is very down to earth and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him! Xavier Pepple in finance was extremely nice and went over all of the paperwork very carefully and thoroughly. He took his time explaining everything, which was very nice of him.
