My experience was outstanding. From the moment that I walked through the doors, the team at Jay Honda made me feel welcomed and appreciated. We bought a CPO Accord. The whole process was very pleasant and smooth. No pressure whatsoever, they were very accommodating in scheduling test drives, etc. We worked with Rob Logan and Val Potapenko. pleasant and smooth. I had called Jay Honda to purchase a car. The salesman, Matt, was totally incompetent when I asked him to check on items important to me , before I drove out to the dealership. I called back 2 hours later and he referred me to Dalton, the sales Manager. Of course the apology and he said he would take care of my needs. More xxxxxxxx. I made an appt. the next day to see the car at 9AM. On my way to the dealership the next day, he calls me up with some xxxxxxxx story on inventory, and tells me the car is sold. This has pissed me off enough to write this review. I never write reviews, but I felt it was my obligation to warn potential customers that there are xxxxxxxx here at this dealership, who could care less on your best interests, and have no problem jacking you around like they did to me. If I was the owner of this dealership, I would seriously consider evaluating the quality of people working at this joint! More
HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE TEAM REPS We have received HORRIBLE service from the service department at Jay Honda. The Reps had NO CLUE as to what they are doing, were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL We have received HORRIBLE service from the service department at Jay Honda. The Reps had NO CLUE as to what they are doing, were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and could not and would not assist. I sent my employee to pick up our vehicle after being called that it was ready, and he ended up having to spend more then 45 minutes at location to get the key, and that was only because he demanded to speak with a supervisor. After we picked up the vehicle it still had the SAME ISSUES that it came in with and when we contacted the service department to figure it out the rep literally started yelling and screaming profanities at my people. She also tried to sell us additional items that according to her "could possibly solve the problem", without ANY guarantee on the time, cost or whether the issue will be resolved even if we agreed to additional repairs. After a half hour argument we took the car back to them to REDO the work (reprogram the computer), and when they called us back the vehicle STILL HAD THE SAME issues. At that point after more arguing with the rep who would not give us the name of the supervisor, who advised us the She was the person in charge and there was not Anyone else to speak with in the whole Jay Honda Service department, we picked up the vehicle and took it to a different Honda Dealership and 3 hours later the vehicle was ready and done WITHOUT any other problems. Long story short, the Parts team is great, professional and knowledgeable The service team is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and has ABSOLUTELY ZERO clue on what they are doing. More

I will never buy a car from here again They acted like I will never buy a car from here again They acted like they were doing me a favor. I have gotten a least 6 cars from them. Just went today to the service department and even though I had a print out from the Honda website they still blamed the issue on the snow and radar!!! More
