Purchasing a New 'Ride' with Dignity, Honor, and Respect i needed to purchase a vehicle for my hardworking mother. I considered several dealerships in the area. But, recalled my previous experience with Ja i needed to purchase a vehicle for my hardworking mother. I considered several dealerships in the area. But, recalled my previous experience with James Hodge Motors. I had purchased a vehicle in the past from James Hodge, and the experience was totally superb. At that time, I got a great deal, $4000 taken off original, total price. And walked out with the vehicle the same day i walked in. I received words of blessings and inspiration. I was encouraged after my purchase. ALL WAS WELL. this was 5 years ago. So, I thought, .....WHY not GO FOR IT again!!! Because mother needs another vehicle.... At first, i called another dealership, and was put on hold...several minutes passed, no one picked up. I then called James Hodge Motors. got an answer(several of them) I told Tony what i was looking for, and Tony scheduled an appointment for me. Later that evening(that was AT my convenience,fitting my work schedule). I received several TEXT reminders of my appointment. I received follow up COURTESY calls as well, just as a friendly reminder. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early, and as i walked in the door, my cell phone rang. I answered it, and heard a voice in front of me.....My dealer was on the phone calling me!! SPOOKY and A NICE feeling!!!! it was Mr. Chevez......... I told Mr Chevez what i needed and what i could afford. within 10 minutes, we were in the parking lot looking at THREE vehicles. I liked all of them, but went with the vehicle with LOWER miles! I test drove it and...THAT WAS IT!!! James Hodge Motors, as BEFORE, EXCEEDED my expectations. Mr Chevez and I went back inside and began the purchasing process. I mentioned to Mr Chevez that i was interested in additional warranty. When i met the gentleman that completed the paperwork, he found me a GREAT deal with 100,000 miles or 10 year warranty(BUMPER to BUMPER), including 3 years of oil change/tire rotation(free)...for little cost. extended time for payments allows lower monthly payments. Another BLESSING, Mr Chevez and a team member DELIVERED the car to my mother the next MORNING....as she lived in another city. NEEDLESS to say, MOTHER is now the ROADRUNNER.....she LOVES the vehicle, the SLEEK/ELEGANT look and has the BLACK car that she wanted! about 36 miles per gallon...perfect for the family's travel needs! I went inside to enquire as to where it may be located on the lot and was pleasantly greeted by the sales team and informed that the vehicle had been sold the previous day. Not to be disappointed they immediately reviewed the inventory for a similar vehicle. I was surprised with the selection available at this dealership of the type of vehicle I have been seeking. So, with Ronnie Davis' pleasantly professional assistance and patience, I was able to select and purchase the type of truck I was looking for originally. The dealership opens at 8 am and by 1130 I had not heard back so I called and left a message. After talking to Tanner he said he does not start until 10 and that he had a customer. I asked to speak to the GM Who was Curt and asked why someone else could have not reached out to me and he said that they are a small town and Tanner is the only one on the internet so no one else could have contacted me and that know one else receives any emails. I am from a small town and I know we know how to conduct business and it's definitely not like this. Bad management More
