GREAT, FAST, Gracious and made me feel at home!!! I had picked out a 2017 Ram 1500 that I really liked on Sunday afternoon after Church, gave Eric Julian, Sales Manager a call Monday afternoon around I had picked out a 2017 Ram 1500 that I really liked on Sunday afternoon after Church, gave Eric Julian, Sales Manager a call Monday afternoon around 1:00 p.m. to discuss the vehicle. He spoke with salesman Marshall Hemingway and we made the deal on the phone trading in my 2014 Ram 1500 for the new one. I arrived at the James Hodge after work around 3:45, the new truck was sitting out front cleaned and ready to go. Marshall went over the new truck features with me, and set my phone up. All paperwork was completed and I was out by 4:15 p.m. I have purchased many vehicles from James Hodge Dodge over the years with good service always. Great Fast Service with a Friendly Staff. I came here knowing what I wanted and the staff was quick to accommodate me. They showed me the vehicle I was looking for and without any hesitation I came here knowing what I wanted and the staff was quick to accommodate me. Stay late, make a sale, happy returning customers! I have bought 4 vehicles from James Hodge. 2 used Hondas, 1 brand new Dodge Journey, and now my brand new 2017 RAM 1500 Lone Star addition.
