Buyer Beware I received a phone call from them stating I was pre-approved for a loan. Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Pre-approval means nothing, they do I received a phone call from them stating I was pre-approved for a loan. Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Pre-approval means nothing, they do not state the small print "based on credit, lender, car, and other factors". I even asked questions before making appointment and was misled. Person I made appointment with was nowhere to be seen, extremely rude and inconsiderate, poor customer service. Would not deal with this establishment or recommend to anyone. Was Curious about an email and ended up with a new vehicle I got an email invitation to come in and see what was new at the dealership. I have a vehicle that was only 2 years old and thought there was no way they can work a deal out for me to leave with a new vehicle but boy was I wrong!!!! I left there with a new vehicle and a monthly payment that was the same as I have been paying! I got all the bells and whistles and the perfect color I wanted! I am finally happy with my new vehicle!
