I have used you for the 5 years we have been in florida for oil changes on both my Ford Edge and 2007 Yukon. I brought my Yukon for oil change and tire rotation and balance which you did perform cost ov for oil changes on both my Ford Edge and 2007 Yukon. I brought my Yukon for oil change and tire rotation and balance which you did perform cost over 100.00 they never balance the tires on the drive home still had a shimmy, so took it to a very reputable large tire center they said they could not have balance the tire the front driver side tire was split separation. I don’t think you are in that type of business tires and because of this I will never trust my car service again at Jarrett ford. and obviously your staff doesn’t relay care about there customers or there well being More

In a day where it seems hard to find a place to get your car serviced anymore due to lack of employees, they were able to take me in after I called in the afternoon.
