I had taken my F-150 to the Service Department when the problem occurred and it was determined that it would be covered by the warranty. The parts were ordered and my service was scheduled. Service Adviser Jennifer Butler Has been a friend of ours for many years and we always contact her for our service needs. Once again, Jennifer did an outstanding job in diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts and scheduling the service at our convenience. Upon arrival, Jennifer checked my F-150 in and sent it to the mechanic. Our wait time was very reasonable and the repairs were performed to our complete satisfaction. I have to say that several years ago we moved from the area of this dealership, but have always continued to drive 60 miles one way to Jarrett-Gordon Ford. We do this even though there are four other Ford Dealers in our immediate area and we drive past another Ford Dealer just to get to Jarrett-Gordon Ford. We do this because from Sales to Service, no one beats the level of customer service and appreciation that we have always experienced at Jarrett-Gordon Ford. Jarrett-Gordon Ford and their employees represent Ford Motor Co, in a most excellent way. More

Great Service I needed the airbag on my Fusion replaced and since I moved here three years ago I didn't have a dealership in Florida to turn to. Even though this wa I needed the airbag on my Fusion replaced and since I moved here three years ago I didn't have a dealership in Florida to turn to. Even though this was the first time working with this dealer, I was given great service. They went out of the way to make the process as easy as possible including giving me a loaner for the time it would take to complete the replacement. I now have a dealer in Florida and look forward to working with them again when I replace my Fusion. More
Great people but poor service I had a service appointment set for 10:00 am for a 45 to 60 minute estimated process. It took over 6 hours for the job to be completed. I had to cancel afternoon appointments because I did not have another vehicle. I’ve tried my best to work with Jennifer each time I’ve had work performed here. Jennifer is a fantastic person to work with. However, unfortunately she has no control over the mechanics, this is where the service department fails. I’ve responded to the service manager by responding to his email asking us about our service and he never responds. Good people working there but I feel management is a little weak. More
Love the Service Department, Not the Sales Department I recently took my car there to be serviced with the Works Package. While I was there, I asked them to look into tiring pricing as well since I knew m I recently took my car there to be serviced with the Works Package. While I was there, I asked them to look into tiring pricing as well since I knew my car was in need of new tires. They provided me prices that couldn't be beat when considering the mail in rebates as well. Jared at the counter was nothing but helpful the entire time. The service department closed at 6:00PM that day but he and the other mechanics stayed late, 1.5 hours later to ensure that my care was set with everything that it needed to perform to its best. I've never had issues with the service department as they always exceed my expectations. Have had issues with the sales department on previous encounters but service has friendly, helpful staff willing to help you every step of the way. Thank-you! More
