From an oil change to a New Ford F-150 I drove to the dealership to get an oil change. Instead of going straight to the quick service I turned right and entered the sales department. I was I drove to the dealership to get an oil change. Instead of going straight to the quick service I turned right and entered the sales department. I was met by Xavier at the door and he spent the time learning what I was looking for in a truck. He showed me the exact truck I was looking for. We agreed on a trade-in value for my truck and he handled all of the paper work needed so I could drive home with the new truck. He has followed up a number of times by email and phone. I wasn’t interested in that 1 so he asked a few questions & led me to a truck he thought would fit the bill, took it for a test drive and within 2 hours I was driving home in my new truck. We were treated very kindly by our sales guy, Einav 'Sol' Solomon, who turned out to be a real champion! No pressure or forced direction, but helped us to make our decision with friendly help. Because we had visited very late in the day, Sol needed to get a car from another lot that had the options we wanted. He came in the next day, (which was his day off) and took all the time we needed to show us the car and its many options, no rush. He helped us save 2 points on our financing and made the arrangements that we could have our new "EDGE" that very day! All of the people we met at the dealership were very friendly and accommodating. It was pleasantly shocking that we didn't meet the manager until the second day! Sol is the best. We will certainly consider Jarrett Ford first for our next car purchase! More
Will not return I had a terrible experience this week with the service department. I came in with an appointment at 10;00 for an oil change, the works checkup, and a I had a terrible experience this week with the service department. I came in with an appointment at 10;00 for an oil change, the works checkup, and a to replace a bulb. They (terri) brought me an update after the initial inspection with things they "recommend" needed fixing. He said prices for some which were air filters and a battery, but not others like the brake pads, so I asked for a total, he brought me to the counter and gave me the total which was $1700. I said so it will be over $1,000 just for the brake pad repairs and he said yes so we cancelled the brake work and said go ahead with the others. He said it would be an additional 2 hours so he called us a shuttle over to posner park . After our 2 hours had passed and we had not heard from anyone, we called and asked for the shuttle to pick us up. We were told sorry the shuttle is broken down you will have to wait. Well after waiting and 3 more phone calls, we paid for an uber out of our pockets to take us back. We asked for a status on the car and were told an additional 30-45 mins. So we sat down and waited but not for 30-45 mins, for 2 more hours. At 5.5 hours WE went up to the desk and were told it was finished. Then he told us that it was $1200. I could not believe this and asked for an itemized printout since he told me it was over $1,000 for the brakes and we didn't have those fixed. He mumbles everything. He gave me a printout and we were charged over $500 for "changing of fluids " IF he had told me this to begin with I obviously would have NEVER agreed to this, that is absurd not to mention waiting HOURS past the time. When I brought that up he said "well we had to fit you in" Why did I have an appointment then? I would have also LEFT if I had been told I had to be fit in and it would take over 5 hours, not lied to and promised in small increments that it was almost done. And to leave us at posner park when you have literally a fleet of cars that could have come to pick us back up. Some service. He did not apologize, probably because he gets paid on commission. At ANY time had he told me the ACCURATE prices he was charging I would have taken my car and left. I have purchased 2 cars here and even though I live in Windermere, I have come back here for all service and repairs over the last 10 years. Well not anymore. Rude, dishonest, scamming service. More

I have to say that again the personal attention to details, customers needs, and getting you all that is applicable in rebates was awesome. Even a military discount was given to me as I am a veteran. Financing it through Ford credit was much more easier than going through my bank. Heck even the rates were better. Had the best salesman again. David Carrion is extremely professional, curteous and knowledgable. I like that he was thorough in all aspects of his field. I again left very content and sure in my purchase. I know I got a good deal. Compared to another dealer I had visited 2 weeks prior ( it wasn't a Ford dealer). I was glad I returned to this dealer. The finance lady was also very pleasant and quite knowledgeable too. Helped us in making good decisions. I will definitely refer anyone I know looking for a car to go to Jarret-Gordon Ford in Davenport. Go see David Carrion you will be happy you did. I am!! If i could give it 10 stars i would.
