Terry Jackson was my Service Advisor. I was given an estimate on the high side and the final charge was 15% less. Terry gave open, honest communication as the amount of work took a few days to complete as I waited at home. There was an issue with a replacement part necessitating my need to return home. Terry got approval for a loaner vehicle. Most impressive was picking my up my F450 on Saturday and finding out Terry came in on his day off to make sure of my satisfaction. He went above and beyond in my opinion which I know is what’s expected of Ford. I will continue as a Ford customer. More
