They are polite and willing to answer any questions you have. I like that I get a notification as of when the car is due for the oil change, so do not have to think about it. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from Jarrett Gordon. We moved to Clermont and bought a new Explorer there. Noticed the difference in the Ford Dealership on the first service appointment.
