HOWEVER, I was referred to this store by a friend who swore by this store, and now I know why. I ordered an F-150(priced right) with my salesman Mark who walked me through the order process, explained everything and answered every question I had. When my truck came in communication was perfect. I had a chance to speak with the GSM Paul helping arrange delivery of my truck. Had a brief, pleasant, and very informative, but not pushy call with the Business Manager Pete where he went over all of the Maintenance and Protection Programs the store offers. THEY THEN DROVE MY TRUCK THREE HOURS TO MY DOORSTEP WITHOUT A SCRATCH ON IT. Paperwork was explained and filled out in 5 mins and every feature in that truck was set up for me. Amazing pricing, great people and unbelievable service. Family, friend, neighbor or complete stranger…. I will steer them this direction. More

This dealership worked with me at a time that was difficult to order a new vehicle. Waited 29 weeks for delivery of my new F150 Hybrid. It was worth the wait. This dealer even has a learning class once every month to teach and answer questions about the newly acquired vehicles. Very easy to work with and my salesman was great with keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Great place to buy a vehicle. More

Im tired of the excuses and I'm tired of the level of service. Every single time I've had my vehicle serviced at this dealership they have broken or damaged something on my vehicle. (2020 Mustang GT). Mi service. Every single time I've had my vehicle serviced at this dealership they have broken or damaged something on my vehicle. (2020 Mustang GT). Mind you my last 2019 mustang GT was a lemon. So far on my current mustang these are the following issues. 1. Dealership Broke my dash camera. 2. scratched illuminated door sills. (Chad replaced both dash cam and door sill.) 3. scratched all 4 wheels during new tire installation. (Chad made it right by replacing all 4 wheels) still an inconvenience to me. 4. Wheels were not torqued to spec during service which led to a clicking noise that was blamed on a wheel spacer. Ever since it was torqued down myself no clicking noise or rubbing. 5. Rear Axel replaced on a new vehicle (2 weeks for repair) 6. Exhaust replaced on a new vehicle 7. Seat Tracks replaced (when they were replaced they lost a plastic cover for the seats and put the wiring back together incorrectly leading to a follow up visit, once again an inconvenience. 8. needs new Catalytic converter on drivers side - earliest appointment is one month out. (Karen fit me in for one week out, thank you) I probably wont have the car back for a week or so. I did have an appointment scheduled this week but I unfortunately missed it due to a family matter. I apologized, left two voicemails and nobody called me back. Finally I reached Karen and received help. To have an expensive new vehicle have this many problems over the course of a year (not including the 2019 mustang GT lemon) just to get hit with this level of service, it makes me want to sell the car and take my business to a brand / dealership that will provide that white glove service many clients are looking for. Its frustrating enough to have this many problems with a new car and then to get hit with this kind of service, unacceptable. These mustangs made by Ford have way to many issues, especially for the inflated prices they sell for these days. I am aware Ford is not a luxury brand, I'm not asking for luxury service, I'm just asking for service in a timely manner at a respectable level. The prices on your vehicles have gone up but the level of service has gone down. More
