The entire staff helped me and I got to test drive 5 different vehicles. We are know proud owners of a 2020 Edge. The dealership had me over a barrel and till worked with me and gave me an excellent deal on my car . Alan was my sales men , and help my wife to totally understand not just the vehicle, but also the Ford App. , and programming all our keys. The sales manager , the fiancé manager, my sales person and even the people in the service dept. treated us excellent . Thanks to you all. DON ! You have assembled a great staff. I will be back More

back window fell off track They lie and you can't prove it because they tell you the motor was bad knowing full well it wasn't the motor. They charged 40 for an oil change and then on top of that they charged a disposal fee. So my bill was over 500 dollars and not a satisfied customer. Asked them to check the panel they installed last month because it did not work at times, they didn't even bother to check it. More

I live in Tampa, FL and visited several local dealerships only to be lied to about either mechanical or An outstanding experience at Gasgarth's Ford! I live in Tampa, FL and visited several local dealerships only to be lied to about either mechanical or cooling system status of THEIR F250 Diesels...one dealership (Jerry Ulm Dodge) even lied about a cooling problem with a 2011 F250 they were selling. Luckily a service advisor informed me, after requesting a final service before purchasing it, that he told the used car manager that the truck needed about $4100-$6500 cooling system repair several weeks before I inquired about the vehicle. The team at Gasgarth's Ford (Chris, Todd, Joe, and Arthur) conducted business as professionals and were very forthright from my initial call through ending the deal. I told them what I could afford to pay for the truck and that is exactly what I walked out paying...NOT A PENNY MORE! By far the BEST experience at any dealership thus far.
