The 10,000 mile check up was done professionally and with very courteous people in the dealership. This dealership is very busy. I brought my car in at 6:55 AM. The dealer opens at 7:00AM. I was fourth in line, thus took some time to get it in. I would suggest planning to go at a less busy time if you want to go in and out of there. Overall a good experience and they were helpful with using my Ford Pass Points. More
When I arrived, there was appx 3-4 vehicles in front of me and I was told that it would take appx 1 1/2 hours to get to me and I said OK. That was at 3:00 PM on 4-26-2021. They were so very slow at everyth me and I was told that it would take appx 1 1/2 hours to get to me and I said OK. That was at 3:00 PM on 4-26-2021. They were so very slow at everything and I had to wait 2 3/4 hours before the car was taken into the stall for Service. It was finished at 6:00P.M. 3 hours later, I complained about it but nothing was done. I have been bringing my Saturn Car and also my Chevy Pickup truck to you for servicing, since appx. 2006. If Service cannot be improved better than what is there now, I will have to take my vehicles to someone else for Service. Thank You, Vernon Albright, North Port, Florida. More
The service has been great, unfortunately, neither you or ford has been able to fix my problem. The driver's door locks on its own, all other doors are open. I have to go around to the passenger's door and reach across and unlock driver's door. You Dan in your service dept has documentation. This has happened many times with witnesses. Neither your service department nor I have not been able recreate the circumstances. This is extremely frustrating, We have left the car on two separate occasions and been inconvenienced with dropping car off and rental cars. I know in the overall scheme of things this may not be a big deal, but I am 76 years old so it is a big deal for me. We are still trying to have it happen - climb over the seat and drive it to the dealership. More
