The actual service went fine. I just needed a reboot of some computer part (recall). It took three phone calls to set it up. They kept telling me they would call me back, but never did. Finally, on the thi some computer part (recall). It took three phone calls to set it up. They kept telling me they would call me back, but never did. Finally, on the third call I said I wanted to talk to someone immediately and it got set up. There is no reason to not be able to take care of a Ford recall easier than that. More
