He was very polite and attentive to my requests. At every instance of entering the dealership, I was greeted by him at the door. Even the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. An administrative pricing error was identified and quickly resolved in a fair & honest manner. Finance… Again, the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. Process was very easy and smooth. There was no fast talk or pressure as to why I needed to purchase any warranties/plans/add on’s etc. I felt my wishes were respected and honored. I appreciate Grant for providing some details in advance for me to make an informed decision. Transparency…. Mick and Grant were very knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions throughout the entire process. I came in with a list on my laptop and these gentlemen checked off all the boxes. I am from the show me state and they showed me everything I wanted to see. The customer service the provided was top notch! “Your word is your reputation.” Janssen Ford stands by their word. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. As a veteran/woman of color in the market for a vehicle, I did not feel taken advantage of in any way.
