Service Dept. has been outstanding! Jannell's service department has been excellent!. Extremely efficient, fast turnarounds and great communication. Fees have been very reasonable. When you check-in/check-out, you are treated with respect and they go above and beyond to answer your questions and address any of my concerns about my vehicle. Shawn in service has been great. Great Service! I took my Ford Fiesta here recently for its 30,000 mile service. Shawn Hillegass served as my service liaison. He was fantastic! He greeted me kindly at the door, gave me updates, and just generally took care of everything for me. He is a true professional. They serviced the car while I waited, in slightly under the promised time (2 hours). They have a great waiting area--with tea/coffee/cakes! Generally it was a very comfortable experience. More
