Drew was able to fit me in for an appt despite my tight work schedule and the business of the service dept. He was very knowledgable of my truck and was able to give me the quality service that every custo work schedule and the business of the service dept. I give this score because Andrew Gill took care of me from the phone call to the pick up . He got me in late on a saturday and got me out right on time so I could make another appointment. A year and a half ago, I replaced my driver's side mirror. It cost $500 to do this. Recently it broke again, service people suggesting it was hit. It was never hit by anything that I am aware of. I mirror. It cost $500 to do this. Recently it broke again, service people suggesting it was hit. It was never hit by anything that I am aware of. It cost $322 to fix it again. $822 in total to fix a mirror is absolutely outrageous. I have to have a working mirror for safety reasons, otherwise I probably wouldn't fix it. More
The AC in our 2012 Ford Escape was not working properly while we had the car in Florida. When we recently returned home to Hanover, MA, we brought the car to Jannell Ford where we purchased it. We were told that the entire AC unit needed to be replaced due to contamination and that the unit and parts had to be shipped to Jannell since they are not kept in stock in a rare situation like this one. Jannell Ford in particular Drew Gill, Service Advisor, communicated the problem to us and kept us informed of the service progress along the way.He could not have been more cordial and was even apologetic that a new Ford model would have such a problem. He indicated that the vehicle would have a brand new AC system when completed, which took place over a week's period. Drew rendered us a very professional explanation of the work to be done with an assurance the AC unit would be newly installed with Ford factory parts. He instilled in us a feeling of confidence in the service performed by Jannell Ford. We also bought a 2011 Ford Edge from Jannell and in years prior a Ford Ranger. All our vehicles have been serviced at Jannell Ford and we have found the service to be timely, well completed, and that the Service Advisors and Sales Personnel have been nothing less than cordial, helpful and exceedingly professional. We have spoken highly of Jannell Ford to friends looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
