I came into the dealership on short notice because I had broken a mirror and they were able to assist me quickly and have my part ready for me within 24 hours. Andrew was very professional and courteous. My problem was a broken leaf spring mount on my truck. He recommended getting both sides replaced because the other side would probably break soon. I asked him to arrange for a rental car and he called and had it delivered to me. Andrew called me a few hours later and recommended some other repairs. He also recommended a new battery and I told him to proceed with all repairs and to replace the battery. I feel that by him being proactive may have saved me from getting stuck somewhere. I also want to say that the mechanics at Jannell Ford have been very good when I have had work done over the years. Barney Deree More
When I left work, my car was totally nonfunctional - surprise! Early the next morning, I called Lincoln roadside assistance, and they recommended Jannell. They arranged to have my Lincoln MKX towed to Jannell before Jannell's operating hours. I called Jannell and was greeted by Andrew Gill - he took the unannounced arrival of my car (and from a customer who had never been to his dealership before) totally in stride. I talked with him several times throughout the day, and he was reassuring and knowledgeable. My car was repaired and operational by the end of the day. Jannell's tech even found and repaired problems of which I was unaware. AND, they sent a friendly driver, JP, to pick me up from work! I will have all my service done at Jannell from now on. I was delighted to learn that Jannell services all Lincoln and Mercury products since the dealer from whom I purchased my Lincoln no longer does. I have already recommended Jannell to a coworker who owns a Mercury. GREAT JOB! More

Andrew Gill was not only extremely knowledge about my vehicle and its engine, he was happy to explain the service that was done in great detail so that I would understand the effect it would have on my vehicle. After he spent more than 30 minutes explaining the service report and parts to me, I learned from another employee that he had done so despite the fact that it was his day off. He called me faithfully throughout the period that my car was being serviced to provide me with estimates, updates and new information. Due to his technical expertise and close oversight of the mechanical team, I paid more than $1000 LESS than I had expected the total cost of repairs would be! As I told the dealer, I will be bringing my car back to Jannell Ford for service whenever possible. The customer service and quality of personnell makes it worth a long trip. More
