They are always fantastic to work with. I will only bring my car to Jannell. I got an oil change and my car detailed here today, and my car absolutely looks brand new. First went to the dealership I bought my F150 from.(near my home) I was told the problem would cost 600.00. Service department employee, never got out of the chair, never had anyone look at the problem(brok my home) I was told the problem would cost 600.00. Service department employee, never got out of the chair, never had anyone look at the problem(broken sideview mirror) Simply repeated "six hundred dollars". Went to Jannell Ford next. Walked into the to service department, asked Adam (service rep) how much the mirror would cost to replace. He asked me for my keys, to which I replied "why do you need the keys?" His polite response was that he would prefer to look at the mirror first, before giving me a price. Within two minutes, service tech came out to my truck. He looked at the mirror, diagnosed the problem,explaining to me that the only thing that needed replacing was the mirror motor. I went back inside to discuss with Adam. He informed me the cost would be 145.00 to correct the problem. it took me 1/2 of a second to reply,DO IT! Great job by all involved at Jannell. They have a new customer. More

Andrew worked with me to make sure the extended down time of my vehicle was not an excessive burden. He helped keep the cost down as much as possible and was articulate and easy to speak with to get full det of my vehicle was not an excessive burden. We just had our first service experience at Jannell Ford - an oil change and diesel exhaust fluid top-off. It was a busy Saturday morning in the service department, yet Drew Gill greeted us promptly and got - an oil change and diesel exhaust fluid top-off. It was a busy Saturday morning in the service department, yet Drew Gill greeted us promptly and got us in and out in 45 minutes. Drew was also very knowledgeable - he explained how and why it was IMPORTANT to use Ford Motorcraft exhaust fluid only in our brand new F350. He provided excellent customer service with a smile, while sharing his keen sense of humor and putting a smile on his customer's faces. When I arrived to pick up my car Andrew Gill was very friendly and patient in explaining the serpentine belt system of my Ford Freestyle. It was much clearer that the steering pump and air conditioner c friendly and patient in explaining the serpentine belt system of my Ford Freestyle. It was much clearer that the steering pump and air conditioner compressor could be related. I feel more confident that the repairs provided by Jannell have fixed the car's problem. This was my first experience with a service representative who seemed to care that I understood what had happened and how they went about fixing it. Jannell has always been helpful and responsive in fixing my cars - this was service above and beyond their usual "good" - truly excellent! More

The staff is personable and friendly. I have used their services twice now, and the experiences were positive. Prices on the services are reasonable: the first time I took my car here, they matched an exp services twice now, and the experiences were positive. Prices on the services are reasonable: the first time I took my car here, they matched an expired coupon from another auto repair shop. They offered me a shuttle service to and from my house, so that I did not have to wait. More
