They go above and beyond to get my vehicles serviced with fast turn around times and when running a fleet I can't afford to have vehicles down. I scheduled a prepaid service 3+ weeks in advance. They had my car all day 8-5, when I called to check in around 4 they told me that they did not service my car. They rescheduled me a week later, and They had my car all day 8-5, when I called to check in around 4 they told me that they did not service my car. They rescheduled me a week later, and again had my car all day 8-5 and did nothing, again I called around 4 to check in, again they did not inform me. They kept my car overnight and on the third day, the service was performed. When I asked if they could provide alternate transportation while they performed the service, they said no, even after the second scheduled day, they said no. They did not value my time at all. More

Booked oil change 2 weeks in advance took 2 days to complete. Never got updated on the status and when i called back to check, the person on phone wasn't that friendly either. i bought my vehicle from complete. Also so concerned about their knowledge as well. Definitely not going back for any reason. Never recommend to anybody. Just stay away. More
I realized that my brakes on the rear of the car needed NEW rotors and pads that the bumper too bumper policy ,The tire & wheel policy ,didn't cover xxxx. Very disappointed.
